X&C Event Planning and Management will work within your budget to deliver the best return for your investment.  Whether your event is small and simple or an over-the-top extravaganza, we can help keep costs in check by coordinating all services so there are no extra surprise expenses.  In general, you will pay a flat rate for our planning and event management services, plus the cost of all products, rental services and wages involved with your event.  We outline all fees in our services contract so you will know up front the costs that will be involved.  Please contact us for more information on pricing for specific services.
